Astrophotography Gallery > Star Trails > Cygnus Rising
[Return to "High in the Granite, June 2013" Blog Entry]
Date: Saturday, June 8, 2013
Location: Courtright Reservoir, CA
The camera catches the rising of Cygnus the Swan in this 45-minute timelapse. Also visible is some of the most gorgeous granite scenery in the area. Some areas of the star trails were interrupted by clouds that passed by and, thankfully, dissipated into nothing, leaving us with perfectly clear skies.
