Site Maintenance
This service is offered for those who have an existing site and do not want any design changes made, but want to schedule regular maintenance to keep the site up to date. Examples of this could be updating prices for items when costs go up, or adding a new class to a school website when one opens.
The following questions will help you with this process:
- How often does the website need to be updated?
- What items will need to be updated regularly?
- How will the information be provided for updating?
- What items will never or seldomly need to be updated?
- Do you have the information needed to allow me access to the website?
Naturally, this is just a partial list, but it saves a lot of time (and your money) to have some of these questions answered. Once the design is underway, you will be able to view it in your "Client Login" page. You will receive an E-Mail notice every time the page has been updated, along with a list of the changes.
Cost
All meetings to set up a maintenance contract are offered at no charge. All labor is billed at $20 per hour. All of my labor time will be documented and available to you under "Client Login" and will be billed monthly or quarterly, whichever is more appropriate.
